Hello,

I'm a software engineer and 1 year ago I launched my startup, a 1 person company.

So far I managed everything very well, from the development to the deployment to the marketing to the scalability. However, lately I've been bleeding users.

I'm at a point where I can't physically handle this much work, bug fixing and support is becoming unbearable.

I know I need to hire people, that's fine. The legal part is alright. I have a good lawyer.

The thing is, what things should I consider, how do I prevent employees from leaking parts of the code. How do I separate the roles, what permission I give to each. How do I separate the project into pieces so I avoid all this variables?

Again, this isn't really a legal problem it's more of a tech problem.
