Support tools and processes

We hope to launch our start-up in the summer - mobile and web interface - consumer focused . I was wondering what you tools and processes you use to capture support and feature requests. How you triage, evaluate and ensure that issues and questions are not ignored or fall through the cracks. We're not looking to outsource support but would be interested in user driven community support as an additional function.
